Dear Chad & Ron:

My wife and I just bought our first home using Beals and Company. I have to commend Chad Swenson and Ron Beals on their professionalism, responsiveness and over all attention to detail. Being a first time home buyer can be a very stressful ordeal and we feel fortunate to have chosen Beals and Co. to help us through this process.

Chad and Ron helped us every step of the way. They were very patient as we took our time in looking at homes. Fortunately Chad knew what our likes and dislikes were and we only had to look at 8 houses before we found the one we purchased. After we found the house Chad took time on a Sunday night to actually write up a contract so that we could be first in the bidding process. Due to Chad's timeliness and knowledge, the previous owners accepted our bid.

Chad went above and beyond the call of duty. He helped us find an inspector and met with us at the actual inspection. After the inspection was finished we sat down and decided what we should negotiate pertaining to the home inspection. He did a phenomenal job in the negotiation process and he never made me feel as if I was asking for too much, in fact he helped me negotiate a better deal.

Through the negotiation process both Chad and Ron truly had our interests in mind. I quote " If you don't feel comfortable with the this house there are hundreds more we can look at." This was said to us up until the closing. Never did we feel pressure that this was the house we had to buy. Chad and Ron will spend as much time that is necessary to make any customer feel comfortable when purchasing a home.

All in all I feel Beals and Co. is a very trustworthy and knowledgeable company. My home buying experience was enjoyable, less time consuming and I absolutely got the feeling that I was treated fairly. I have and will refer all of my friends and family to them in the future and I strongly suggest anyone who has the opportunity to use their services do so.
